1.    Series Domination
• The Blue and Gold hold a 32-30 advantage over Saint Peter's in the all-time series. Currently, the Golden Griffins are on a 11-game win streak against the Peacocks and are 24-7 since 2002. Canisius' 11-game win streak over the Peacocks is its longest against any MAAC opponent.
 
2.    Patterson-Ricks Becoming the Leading Scorer
• Junior transfer D'Jhai Patterson-Ricks is currently averaging 11.4 points per game, the second-best mark on the team. The Fayetteville, N.Y., native has led the Griffs offense in scoring a team-high eight times, including in the last three games where she is averaging 18.0 points per contest.
 
3.    Vernon Gets Minutes
• Sophomore Olivia Vernon played a season-high 14 minutes against Iona on Thursday, recording two steals and one assist. Prior to Thursday, her season-high minutes total was eight, which came back in the season opening loss to Miami (Ohio), since then she had not played more than six minutes in a single game until Thursday.
 
4.    Leading After Three
• Canisius has taken a lead into the fourth quarter on five different occasions this season and are 4-1 in those game. Most recently, Canisius led Iona entering the fourth frame and went on to win 48-40. The lone loss came against Miami (Ohio) on Nov. 9.
 
5.    On the Glass
• Canisius is one of the MAAC's best rebounding teams to this point in the season. The Griffs lead the MAAC in defensive rebounding average (26.9), rebounding margin (+1.5), second in defensive rebounding percentage (70.0) and rebounding offense (38.9).
