Dry put the Blue and Gold up 1-0 in the game's second minute after she was able to corral in a corner kick past Siena goalkeeper Taylor Dorado. The Griffs' scoring play was started when freshman Maggie Canitia lofted a long corner kick toward the far left post where sophomore Madeline Beaulieu redirected the ball, which Dry knocked into the goal. The assist is Canitia's first career point.

Dorado made one stop goal en route to the victory for the Saints, while Rossi was credited with three stops in the losing effort.
Head Coach Todd Clark's Postgame Comments
"We had a nice, quick start, but we lost our focus as the game progressed. It was a very disappointing loss, not from an effort standpoint, but decision-making wise. Now we just look forward towards hosting Fairfield on Saturday."
