This is the first of three episodes of the Taking Flight series, highlighting the Canisius College women's lacrosse quest for five-straight championships.

The first episode shows the team's preparations for the 2015 season and it's early season competitions. The episode featured behind-the-scenes footage of practice and game day throughout the first 13 games of the season. Highlighting the first episode are interviews from Coach Scott Teeter, seniors Tori Greco and Meghan Cuddy and junior Ashley Bull.

The next episode will highlight the Griffs in the heart of MAAC play and how the team is preparing heading into the MAAC tournament.
