Canisius athletics is counting down the Top 10 Moments of the 2014 calendar year.

The third-best moment of the year featured Canisius men's cross country team earning 33 points in the National Catholic Cahmpionships, placing first over host Notre Dame. This ended the Fighting Irish's five year winning streak, and topped the Griffs best previous result at the event in 2002.
