Mills Named Big 4 Women's Player Of The Week

Junior Tiahana Mills (Binghamton, N.Y.) has been named the Big 4 Women's Basketball Player of the Week

Mills averaged 13.0 points in two games for the Canisius women's basketball team last week. The junior guard shot 60 percent from the field while averaging 5.0 assists and 3.0 rebounds per game. Mills scored in double figures in each game, highlighted by 16 points in the win over Binghamton. MIlls had a season-high six assists against the Bearcats and posted a 2.5 assist-turnover ratio on the week.

Mills wins this award for the first time in her career. She was named to the preseason Big 4 Second Team at the end of October.
