Faces in the Crowd
Canisius College men's lacrosse senior Kevin Ross (Toronto, Ont.) has been recognized in the “Faces in the Crowd” section in the May 14 edition of Sports Illustrated.

Heading into the MAAC Championships, Ross had the longest active point streak in the country at 48 games, which dated back to when he was held scoreless March 16, 2004, at Duke. For his career, Ross ranked fourth all-time with 185 points and second with 126 goals.
During his senior season, Ross had a career-high 54 points, which included a career-best 18 assists and tied his career high with 36 goals. Entering the week, Ross ranked sixth in the country in points per game and ninth in goals per game. He was named to the All-MAAC First Team for the third time in his career and earned to MAAC Offensive Player of the Week honors.

The magazine, with Cleveland Indians outfielder and former Buffalo Bison Grady Sizemore on the cover, will hit newsstands next week.
