MAAC Cross Country Championships to be on CSTV

The 2005 MAAC Cross Country Championships will be aired on the College Sports Television Network on Sunday, Nov. 13, at 9 p.m. CSTV also will air the Ivy League and Big East Championships in the 60-minute show.

The competition took place on Friday, Oct. 28, at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx, N.Y. The Canisius men's team finished in eighth place while the women's team finished ninth. Senior John Beyer (West Seneca, N.Y.) was first across the line for the men's squad in 31st place, finishing in a time of 27:32 while junior Lindsay Guarino (Derby, N.Y.) led the women with a time of 24:54 and took 36th place.
