Medici is in his second season with the Blue and Gold as an assistant on coach Mike McRae’s staff. Medici spent the 2007 season as an assistant coach at St. Rose.

Medici played four seasons at Niagara as a catcher/designated hitter. He was a First-Team All-MAAC selection in 2005 and a Second-Team All-MAAC selection in 2006 and 2004. Medici also earned All-Tournament Team honors twice.

A captain as a senior, Medici was two-time preseason All-MAAC selection by Baseball America.

Medici graduated in 2006 from Niagara with a degree in sport management.
