Garrett Trost enters his first year as a graduate assistant with Athletic Communications at Canisius. He serves as the primary contact for the Golden Griffins' volleyball, women's basketball, rowing, acrobatics & tumbling, and baseball programs.
Trost graduated from Niagara University in 2026, where he spent four years as an Athletic Communications Intern while earning his undergraduate degree.
During the summer, Trost works as a Production Assistant for the Rochester Red Wings, assisting with the club's television broadcasts.
A native of Rochester, N.Y., Garrett is pursuing his master's degree in sport administration.
