• On staff at Canisius since the 2018 season, spending two seasons as an assistant coach before being named the interim coach for the 2020-21 academic year.
• Officially named the sixth head coach in Canisius women's soccer program history on April 30, 2021. 
• Has guided Canisius to four consecutive appearances in the MAAC women’s soccer championship (2022-25), highlighted by three trips to the tournament’s semifinal round.  
• Led the Griffs to their second appearance in the title game of the MAAC Women’s Soccer Championship in 2025, hosting Sacred Heart at the Demske Sports Complex.
• Became the second coach in program history to be named MAAC Coach of the Year in 2022. Was recognized after guiding the Golden Griffins to a berth in the MAAC Women's Soccer Championship for the first time in six seasons.
• Has coached 13 players who have earned a total of 20 All-MAAC accolades during his time at Canisius, highlighted by five All-MAAC First Team honorees.
• Mentored 2024 MAAC Defensive Player of the Year and All-ECAC First Team honoree Alicia Zamora, who played nearly 1,700 minutes on the backline for the Griffs, helping anchor a defensive unit that ranked second in the MAAC in scoring defense with a 0.70 goals against average. Zamora also broke the program record for penalty kick goals in a season with five as she finished with seven goals and an assist to rank third on the squad in scoring with 15 points.  
• Coached the 2023 squad to the league-low 0.71 goals against average. The Griffs allowed a league-fewest 12 goals against that season, posting a league-leading and program-record setting 10 shutouts during that campaign.
• Led the 2024 team to a 12-4-3 overall record and an 8-2-2 ledger in MAAC play. The 12 wins represented the highest single season win total for the Griffs since the 2010 season while the eight victories in league play established a program standard in that category.

• Has compiled a 35-42-23 (.465) record at the helm of the Golden Griffins program, highlighted by a combined 34-21-21 (.590) ledger over the past four seasons.
• Worked as an assistant coach with both the men’s and women’s soccer programs at Buffalo State.
• Assisted with the day-to-day operations, opponent scouting and on-campus recruiting with the Bengals.
• In 2017, he was named to the United Soccer Coaches East Regional Staff of the Year, as he helped lead Buffalo State to its first trip to NCAA Division III Men’s Soccer Championship tournament in 34 years.
• Formally served as the technical director for club program GPS Buffalo, where he designed and administered a club-wide player development model for U6-U18 programs.
• While at GPS, Louis was honored as the GPS - New York Coach of the Year in 2015. He later went on to lead the Boys 2003 regional team to the USYS National Championship in 2018.
• Received his USSF A Coaching License in 2023. Earned his UEFA B Coaching License in 2012 in England.

• Received his master’s degree in sport administration from Canisius in the fall of 2020.
