Joining Dougherty on the sidelines and working with the defense and goalkeepers will be third-year assistant coach Kelly Starchok.
Starchok has been the head coach for the Team Germania U-19 Premier team in Western New York since 2000 and served as assistant coach from 1998-2000. She also served as assistant coach at Niagara County Community College from 1997-1998.
A four-year letter winner at the University at Buffalo, Starchok was the Bulls' team captain in 1996-97 and the recipient of the team's Senior Award. The Endicott, N.Y. native received her B.A. in health and human services and sociology from Buffalo in 1997. She is pursuing her master's degree in elementary education at Canisius.
