Ranked fifth in the league in caused turnovers (17)... Ranked second on the team in ground balls (29)... Tied for second on the team with 10 goals... Netted three goals at Binghamton... Tallied two goals vs. Le Moyne (4/18).
2003: Started in 11 of 12 games for Canisius last season... One of 14 players to see time in all 12 contests... Scored her lone goal of the season against conference rival Le Moyne... Scooped a career-high 24 ground balls.
2002: Appeared in 14 games for the Griffs as a walk on... Compiled one goal and two assists... Was credited with 13 ground balls... Scored her first collegiate goal in win over St. Francis, Pa. (3/17).
SOCCER
2002: One of two Griffs to start all 16 games... Scored one goal and added one assist... Registered five shots on goal.
2001: Started all 18 games at midfield and forward... Scored first collegiate goal in 4-0 win over St. Peter's (9/30).
2000: Registered one assist in 15 games, starting nine.
Before Canisius: Earned fifth team all-state honors... Named First Team All-Central New York, All-Section III, all-county... Selected as team MVP... Was two-year starter on Empire State Games scholastic team, garnering a silver medal... Tallied 17 goals and 10 assists at East Syracuse-Minoa High School.
Personal: Shannon, an education major, is the daughter of Paul and Christine Taylor.
