Biography
2006: Played in all 19 games and started 18... Fifth on the team in scoring with 32 points on 26 goals and six assists... Fifth in the MAAC with 45 draw controls... Also had 32 ground balls and six caused turnovers... Had six draw controls vs. Robert Morris and Marist and seven vs. St. Bonaventure... Tallied three goals and an assist vs. Central Connecticut and Manhattan... Scored four goals against Marist and three in the MAAC final vs. Le Moyne.
Before Canisius: Played with current Griff Whitney Card on the U-19 Team Canada squad which won a bronze medal at the 2003 World Championships... She was the third-leading scorer on the team, tallying eight goals and seven assists in the tournament... Played for Six Nations in the Ontario U-19 Lacrosse League in 2004, where she ranked third in the league in points with 52 goals and 18 assists in 16 games... Won the Ontario U-20 Rookie of the Year Award in 2001 and was named U-15 Most Valuable Player in 2000... Also competed in volleyball, cross-country and track and field at Cayuga Secondary School.
Personal: The daughter of Karen General and Ben Thomas... Has three brothers and two sisters... Majoring in athletic training.
