2006-07: Won the 1-meter event seven times and the 3-meter seven times as well. Set school records in the 3-meter for six dives (243.05) and 11 dives (331.60). Also set pool records in the 1-meter (225.55) and 3-meter (243.05). Took 10th in the 1-meter and seventh in the 3-meter (321.80) at the MAACs. Finished second in the 1-meter against Iona. Named MAAC Female Diver of the Week Oct. 23, after setting two pool records against Shippensburg. Also was a member of second-place relay against Siena.

2005-06: Qualified for the 1-meter event at the ECAC meet. Finished ninth in the 1-meter and 3-meter competitions at the MAACs. Set two school records. Recorded 319.45 points on 11 dives on the 3-meter and 228.60 points on six dives on the 1-meter at Siena. Finished first five times and second once in the 1-meter. Took first five times and second five times in the 3-meter.

2004-05: Posted a score of 319.45 in the 3-meter diving at the MAAC Championships. Finished second in 1-meter against Sacred Heart Oct. 30 with total of 160.50 points. Won 1-meter against Manhattan with total of 203.48.

Before Canisius: Four year letterwinner at Springville. Qualified for ECIC's and sectionals all four years at Springville. Set school record in 1-meter dive (six dives) with a score of 232. Set school record in 1-meter dive (11 dives) with a score of 342.35.

Personal: The daughter of Penny and Ferris Abdo. Has a brother named Kyle. Is an education major at Canisius.
