2004: Made 18 appearances in the circle with six starts... Went 2-4 with two saves in 46.1 innings pitched... Tossed a three-hit shutout Feb. 28, against North Carolina A&T for her first win of the season... Picked up her first career save March 20, against Dartmouth.

2003: Posted a 1-5 record with a 2.60 ERA in 14 appearances with five starts... Recorded first collegiate victory with a 9-0 shutout of Maryland-Eastern Shore March 22... Struck out 27 batters in 43 innings pitched.

Before Canisius: Three-year letterwinner at Sky Harbor High School... Named all-county Pitcher of the Year in 2001 and 2002... Also named all-league twice.

Personal: The daughter of Jerry and Mona Jurich, Jena is a psychology major at the College... Her father Jerry played quarterback at Oregon.
