Gabi Farris is in her first season as a student manager to help support the Canisius softball coaching staff. A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Farris is in her senior year at the University and will earn her undergraduate degree in data science in May 2026.
A three-year letterwinner with the Golden Griffins, Farris appeared in 92 games and made 29 career starts in the outfield. A two-time MAAC All-Academic honoree, Farris stole 24 career bases, which featured a perfect 10-for-10 effort on the base paths in 2025. In her sophomore season (2024), she played a career-high 36 games where she hit .256 with three runs batted in.
Prior to joining the Canisius program, Farris played three years at Ursuline Academy, where she finished her high school career with a .464 batting average, 73 stolen bases and a .536 on-base percentage.
