Biography

2005: Played in a career-high 12 games... Picked up her first hit of the season against Central Connecticut State March 19... Went 1-for-1 as a pinch hitter in the team’s win over Youngstown State April 14.

2004: Played in three games, making one start... Went 1-for-1 in her first collegiate game Feb. 28, against North Carolina A&T... Missed most of the season with an injury.

2003: Missed the entire season due to injury.

Before Canisius: Named All-Western New York in 2001 and 2002... WNY Co-Player of the Year in 2001... Led the Blue Devils to the New York State Class “A” Championship in 2002... Team captain 2000-2002... Also lettered in basketball.

Personal: The daughter of Tom and Gail Gerace, Sandi is majoring in physical education... Her younger sister Jamie is a junior on the Canisius softball team... Her father Tom also attended Canisius.
