2003: Started all 46 games at shortstop, one of only two players to start in all 46 contests... Batted .212 with seven RBI and four doubles... Recorded her first collegiate hit, a double, against UNC-Greensboro (3/8)... Registered four multi-hit games in her rookie season.

Before Canisius: Named Section II All-Star and MVP... First-team all-league... State Scholar-Athlete... Also played basketball and volleyball.

Personal: Majoring in physical education with a minor in health... Daughter of James and Kathleen Burke... Mary is the youngest of seven children.
