2001: Started 14-of-15 games played... Recorded one assist. 2000: Played in all 17 games with 16 starts.

Before Canisius: Transferred from Durham College... Member of the Toronto Celtic team in 2000 and the Oshawa Kick in 1999 from the Under-21 Ontario Soccer League... Played on the Under-20 Canadian National Team... MVP of the Ontario Soccer Club in 1997 and MVP of the Central Soccer League in 1995.

Personal: A native of Glasgow, Scotland, Neil is the son of Ian and Marlene Gladstone... Neil will major in marketing at Canisius.
