Before Canisius
• Played one season at Avon Old Farms School in Avon, Conn.
• Helped the Winged Beavers to a No. 4 ranking out of 51 schools in the Western New England Prep School Soccer Association (WNEPSSA).
• Played in both the WNEPSSA All-Star Game and the New England Preparatory School Soccer Association All-Star Game.
• Four-time all-county player at Canton Central School in Canton, N.Y.
• Received all-state honors and earned Watertown Times All-North MVP accolades.
• Started in goal for three seasons at Canton Central and served as a team captain two times.
• Also played four years of ice hockey and compiled 35 points in his senior season.

• Son of Mike and Mary Sue Seymour.
• Father, Mike, played basketball at Siena College from 1967-70 and was inducted into Siena's Sports Hall of Fame in 1985.
