Spring 2008: Decreased his strokes per round average by 2.34 strokes from last season, beating out his previous school record at 14th (now 13th) with a 79.06...Tied for fifth place in school history with his best tournament score of 147 for two rounds...

Spring 2007: Played in four tournaments in the spring season... Finished 14th at the Yale Spring Opener... Placed 38th at the MAAC Championships... Recorded his low round of the year of 75 in the second round of the Yale Spring Opener... Finished the year with a strokes per round average of  81.4

Spring 2006: Led team with a 13th-place finish at MAACs by firing a 235 (79-79-77)... Tied for 32nd at Cape May... Averaged 79.1 strokes for 2005-06 season

Fall 2005: Played in eight rounds and averaged 77.6 shots per round...Tied for 61st at Leo Keenan Invitational... Shot a 72 and 73 in last two rounds of the season and tied for 57th at James Madison Invitational...Finished in a tie for 50th at Colgate Invitational with a two-day total of 161.

Before Canisius: A five-year letterwinner at The Park School and won the All-Catholic Tournament in 2005... Served as the team captain as a senior and was a top seed all four years for the Pioneers... Also played five seasons of baseball at The Park School and was the team’s captain in 2005.

Personal: The son of Ned and Nina Smith... Father attended Canisius... Has six sisters ? four older and two younger... Plays the piano... Majoring in accounting.
