2008
• Took part in all six events for Canisius and was the team's top male finisher four times.
• Won the 2008 Little Three Championships with his time of 26:21.
• Placed 16th overall with his time of 27:13 at the season-opening Duquesne Duals.
• Took 29th place overall at the MAAC Championships.

2007
• Raced in all five events for the Blue and Gold.
• Finished with a career best time of  26:47 at the Disney Classic to place him 37th place of 400 runners.
• He placed fifth at the Little Three Championships with a time of 25:07.

2006
• Competed in all six races for the Golden Griffins.
• Notched his season-best time of 27:02, which placed him 55th at the Disney Cross Country Classic in Lake Buena Vista, FLa.
• Posted a time of 29:02 which slotted him 31st at the UB Stampede Invite in Buffalo, N.Y.
• Recorded a time of 29:43 and placed 86th at the MAAC Championships in Riverdale, N.Y.
• Recorded a time of 38:28 at the Northeast Regional in the Bronx, N.Y.

Before Canisius
• Placed 33rd overall at the 2005 New York state meet and helped Onteora High School secure Section IX championship in 2004 and 2005.
• Set a personal record in the steeplechase event at the 2006 Section IX meet with his time of 10:05.
• A two-time state meet participant, he also earned as a member of Onteora’s men’s soccer team.
• Scored two goals and recorded seven assists in the 2005 season.

Personal
• The son of Stavros and Debra Kariolis.
• Majoring in business at the College.
• Has three siblings, Eleni, Mihalis and Katerina.
• Was a member of the National Honor Society in high school.
