2024-25 • SENIOR SEASON
• Placed 10th in the Little Three Championships with a time of 19:20.0 (Sept. 6)
• Posted career-best 5k time in the Canisius Alumni Classic crossing the line in 19:11.4 (Oct. 19)
• Ran career-best 6k time in the 2024 MAAC Championships with a time of 22:23.7 (Nov. 2)
• Posted a PR in the 800-meter race at the SPIRE Collegiate Indoor Games with a time of 2:27.14 (Feb. 15)
• Ran a PR in the 5000-meter race at the 2025 MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, crossing the line in 18:21.48 (Feb. 22)
• Part of the 4x800 team that broke the school record at the 2025 MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 4:18.67 (Feb. 23)
2023-24 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Ran career-best 5k time at the Canisius Alumni Classic, crossing the line in 19:19.3
• Placed fourth in the 5000 at the Utica Winter Opener with a time of 18:45.56
• Ran career-best 10:42.59 in the 3000 at the SPIRE Midwest Invitational
• Posted a career best mile time at the YSU Indoor Mid Major, crossing the line in 10:53.06
• Placed second in the 5000 at the UB Alumni Invitational with a time of 18:41.26

2022-23 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Placed 12th in the Little Three Cross Country Meet, posting at time of 20:02.5 (Sept. 3)
• Fashioned a pair of top-10 finishes at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational, taking sixth place in the 5,000-meter race (19:08.57) and helping post a seventh-place result in the distance medley relay (14:13.10) (Jan. 27-28)
• Took fourth place in the mile race at the RIT February Friday Invitational, crossing the finish line in 5:32.11 (Feb. 10)
• Claimed third in the 1,500-meter race at the UB Spring Opener with a time of 4:57.99 (April 8)
2021-22 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Recorded a fourth-place finish in her collegiate debut at the Little Three Cross Country Championship (Sept. 3)
• Member of the women’s 4x800 relay team that won the event at the Houghton Highlander Invitational (Jan. 22)
• Finished in sixth place in the 3000 at the Houghton Highlander Invitational, crossing the finish line in 11:14.68 (Jan. 22)
• Posted a personal-best time of 18:21.89 in the 5000 at the Geneseo Early Invitational, placing third out of 41 runners (April 2)
BEFORE CANISIUS
• Ran cross country for one season at Newfane High School
• A member of the track program for three years in her prep career
• First-Team All-Conference selection in her lone season running cross country for the Panthers
• First-Team All-Conference in the 4x800 and 4x400 on the track
