BEFORE CANISIUS
• Five-year letter winner in indoor track and four-year letter winner in outdoor track at Lancaster
• Served as a team captain
• Sectional qualifier and Section VI champion
• Section VI champion in the 4x400 relay
• Sectional qualifier and ECIC qualifier all four years of high school
• Also a five-year member of the golf team at Lancaster
• Three-time ECIC qualifier in golf

• Daughter of Jennifer and Jeffrey Couchman
• Has two brothers, Ryan and Matthew
• Majoring in biology
