2024-25 • SENIOR SEASON
• Ran season-best 5k time in the 2024 National Catholic Invitational with a time of 21:11.7 (Sept. 20)
• Posted season-best 6k time in the 2024 MAAC Championships, crossing the line in 24:43.7 (Nov. 2)
• Ran a 20:19.67 in the 5000-meter race at the SPIRE Collegiate Midwest Open (Jan. 25)
2023-24 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Ran career-best 6k time at the Jasper Fall XC Invitational, crossing the line in 24:42.6
• Posted career-best 5k time at the Canisius Alumni Classic with a time of 20:22.5
• Was a part of the 4x400 team that placed tenth at the Utica Winter Opener
• Ran career best 800 at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 2:34.11
• Posted a career best 19:39.61 in the 5000 at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships
2022-23 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Ran in all six races during the cross country season, with her best finish coming with a 28th-place finish at the Little Three Cross Country Meet (Sept. 3)
• Placed fourth in the 1,000-meter race at the RIT February Friday Invitational, crossing the finish line in 3:31.69 (Feb. 10)
• Claimed seventh place in the 1,500-meter race at the UB Spring Opener, finishing with a time of 5:14.79 (April 8)
2021-22 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Posted a season-best 5k time of 22:01.5 at the Little Three Cross Country Championship (Sept. 3)
• Recorded a personal-best time of 2:37.88 in the 800 at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 19)
• Member of the fifth place 4x400 meter relay team at the UB Spring Opener (April 8)

• Ran cross country/track for Niagara Wheatfield during her high school career
