2024-25 • GRADUATE SEASON
• Posted season-best 8k time in the 2024 MAAC Championships crossing the line in 26:30.1 (Nov. 2)
2023-24 • SENIOR SEASON
• Placed fifth in the Little Three Championships, crossing the line 15:33.4
• Ran best 8k time at the Jasper Fall XC Invitational, finishing in 25:17.3 while placing seventh
• Placed second in the 800 at the Utica Winter Open, crossing the line in 2:00.10
• Was a part of the 4x400 team that placed fifth at the Utica Winter Open, finishing in 3:43.90
• Garnered two top 10s at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, placing seventh in the 4x400 and fifth in the 4x800
• Ran a 4:04.28 in the 1500 at the Geneseo Early Season Invitational, placing seventh

2022-23 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Placed third in the 1,000-meter race at the Utica Winter Opener, crossing the finish line in 2:41.40 (Jan. 14)
• Claimed eighth in the 600-meter race at the SPIRE Midwest Open, posting a time of 1:25.18 (Jan. 21)
• Helped the distance medley relay to a second-place result at the Youngstown State Mid-Major Invitational, posting a time of 10:18.91 (Jan. 27-28)
• Won the 800-meter race (1:59.20) and aided the 4x400 meter relay to a second-place finish (3:37.06) at the RIT February Friday Invitational (Feb. 10)
• Helped the 4x800 meter relay to a fourth-place finish in the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, posting a time of 7:53.33 (Feb. 18-19)
• Ran a leg of the 4x800 meter relay that placed sixth at the Indoor IC4A/ECAC Championships with a school-record time of 7:40.16 (March 3-5)
• Placed fourth in the 1,500-meter race (4:05.79) and the 4x100 meter relay (48.88) at the UB Spring Opener (April 8)
• Aided the 4x400 meter relay to a fourth-place finish at the UB Alumni Invitational, crossing the line in 3:44.29 (April 22)
• Helped the 4x800 meter relay to a third-place result at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, crossing the finish line in 7:45.61 (May 6-7)
• Ran a leg of the 4x800 meter relay that placed ninth in the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, crossing the finish line in 7:44.49 (May 12-14)
2021-22 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Finished 11th at the Little Three Cross Country Championship (Sept. 3)
• Recorded a fourth-place finish in the 1000 at the Utica Winter Opener, crossing the finish line in 2:36.03 (Jan. 15)
• Aided the men’s 4x800 relay team to first place at the Highlander Invitational (Jan. 22)
• Member of the 4x800 relay team that set an indoor program record of 7:44.33 at the IC4A Indoor Championships (March 6)
• Established an outdoor program record with the 4x800 relay team at the IC4A Outdoor Championships, crossing the finish line in 7:39.87 (May 15)
2020-21 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Finished fourth in the 800 at the UB Mid-Week Invite in his collegiate track debut.
• Member of the second-place 4x400 relay team at the UB Twilight Meet.
• Apart of the fifth-place 4x800 relay team at the MAAC Outdoor Track Championships.
BEFORE CANISIUS
• Ran cross country and track at Randolph Central High School for coach Sean Ode
• Earned two varsity letters in cross country and two letters in track
• All-state in cross country (2018-2019)
• County runner of year in cross country (2019)
• Track state qualifier in 4x400 and 4x800 meters
