2011 • Sophomore
• Ran in all seven of the Griffs' races.
• Had the team's fourth-best finish at the Brooks Paul Short Run with a time of 27:33, finishing 167th overall.
• Recorded an 8K-season best of 26:59 at the National Catholic Championship to place 133rd.
• At the MAAC Championship, ran 27:35 to finish 72nd.
• Earned his first selection to the MAAC All-Academic Team.
2010 • Freshman
• In his first year of competition, raced in all six meets, placing in the team's top-five finishers each time.
• Finished ninth at the Little Three Championship with a time of 26:50, a 6K-career best.
• Finished in 71st place at the MAAC Championships with a personal-best time of 27:14.
Before Canisius
• Competed in cross country, wrestling and lacrosse at Irondequoit, earning 12 total letters.
• Placed 11th at the 2010 NYS Cross Country Boys-A Championship.
• Named to the All-Greater Rochester team in 2010.
• A three-time team MVP.
