2002: Placed 15th at the Navy Invitational to open the season... Scored a 10th place finish at the All-Catholic Invitational in South Bend, Ind... Placed 11th at the Gulden Invite in Lewisburg, Pa., and 13th at the MAAC Championships.
2001: Ran in five races and scored a season-best second place finish at the Le Moyne Invitational... 12th at the National Catholic Invitational... His 12th place finish at Notre Dame was the best Canisius finish at the annual event.
2000: Finished 12th at the Harry Lang Invitational to start the 2000 season... 28th at the National Catholic Invitational... 19th at the MAAC Championship.
Before Canisius: Was a member of the New York state cross country Championship Team as a freshman at Cicero-North Syracuse... Was high school teammates with former Canisius runner Pat Leone... Both runners were a part of the Cicero-North Syracuse team which was named a Top 10 team in the nation by USA Today in 1997.
Personal: The son of Richard and Barbara, Rick is a finance major at Canisius... Has one sister, Janelle.
