• Ran career-best 5k time in the Little Three Championships crossing the line in 16:55.5 (Sept. 6)
• Posted season-best 8k time of 27:41.1 in the 2024 National Catholic Invitational (Sept. 20)
• Posted a PR in the 800-meter race at the SPIRE College Midwest Open with a time of 2:01.76 (Jan. 25)
2023-24 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Competed in first race for Canisius at the Little Three Championships, finishing in 17:07.9
• Ran best 8k time at the Canisius Alumni Classic, crossing the line in 27:17.2
• Was a part of the 4x400 team that placed seventh at the Utica Winter Open
• Ran best mile time at the SPIRE Indoor Games, finishing in 4:21.60
• Was a part of the DMR team that placed fifth at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships
