2024-25 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Ran career-best 5k time in the Canisius Alumni Classic crossing the line in 20:18.6 (Oct. 19)
• Posted career-best 6k time of 24:16.9 in the 2024 MAAC Championships (Nov. 2)
• Posted a PR at the SPIRE Collegiate Indoor Games in the 3000-meter race with a time of 11:07.80 (Feb. 15)
• Ran a PR in the mile at the 2025 MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, crossing the line in 5:24.63 (Feb. 22)
2023-24 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Made Canisius debut at the Little Three Championships, crossing the line in 21:40.4
• Ran best 6k time at the Jasper Fall XC Invitational with a time of 25:50.7
• Placed ninth in the 1000 at the Utica Winter Opener, crossing the line in 3:19.99
• Was a part of the 4x400 team that placed eighth at the Utica Winter Opener
• Placed ninth in the 5000 at the U of R Alumni Invitational with a time of 19:48.11

• Ran six years of cross country at Elmira
• Four-time coaches award winner (2019-2023)
• Three-time Section IV medalist (2018,2019,2021)
