2018-19 • SENIOR YEAR
• Set a personal-best 10K time of 35:44.3 at the NCAA Northeast Regional Cross Country Championships
• Finished 32nd at the 2018 National Catholic Invitational with a time of 26:13.2
• Was a member of the 4x400 relay team that finished fifth at the RIT Tiger Invite with a time of 3:47.09
• Placed fourth overall in the 5K at the University at Buffalo Outdoor Invitational, crossing the line in 15:42.94
• Named to the MAAC All-Academic Team
2017-18 • JUNIOR YEAR
• Finished 15th at the Canisius Alumni Classic
• Placed 16th at the National Catholic Invitational
• Finished 12th at the Little Three Cross Championship
• Placed fourth in the 5000 meter at the University at Buffalo Track & Field Invite
• Recorded a 20th place finish in the 3000 meter at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championship

2016-17 • SOPHOMORE YEAR
• Ran to a 10th place finish at the Little Three Championship
• Placed third in the 4x4 event at the RIT Invite during the indoor track season
• Had four top-10 finishes during the outdoor season, including a fourth place finish in the 4x4 event at the UB Invite
2015-16 • FRESHMAN YEAR
• Competed in five events during his first cross country season
• During the indoor track season, placed third in the 3000 meter and fifth in the 4x8 at the Cornell Upstate Challenge
• Placed first in the 4x8 event at the Cardinal Classic during the outdoor track season
