• Won the Little Three Championships with a time of 17:51.0
• Placed fifth at the Jasper Fall XC Invitational crossing the line in 21:08.8
• Ran a career best 5k and won the Canisius Alumni Classic with a time of 17:14.5
• Finished second at the MAAC Cross Country Championships, crossing the line in 20:56.8
• Posted a career-best 6k time at the NCAA D1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 20:36.0
• Won the 3000 at the Utica Winter Opener crossing the line in 10:02.66
• Placed first in the mile at the SPIRE Midwest Invitational with a time of 5:02.36

2022-23 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Took fourth place in the Little Three Cross Country Meet, completing the course in 19:08.9 (Sept. 3)
• Placed 12th at the Canisius Alumni Classic, finishing the race in 18:50.7 (Oct. 15)
• Claimed 24th place at the MAAC Cross Country Championships, posting a time of 22:37.7 (Oct. 29)
• Won the 3,000-meter race at the Utica Winter Opener, posting a time of 10:18.18 (Jan. 14)
• Guided distance medley relay to a first-place finish at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational, turning in a time of 12:24.20 (Jan. 27-28)
• Placed fourth in the 3,000-meter race at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, crossing the finish line in 9:55.48. Also helped distance medley relay take fourth place, posting a time of 12:26.81 (Feb. 18-19)
• Set a school-record in the 3,000-meter race at the Indoor IC4A/ECAC Championships, turning in a time of 9:40.59 (March 3-5)
• Claimed first place in the 3,000-meter race at the UB Spring Opener, crossing the finish line at 10:00.07 (April 8)
• Won the 1,500-meter race at the UB Alumni Invitational, posting a time of 4:40.98 (April 22)
• Turned in a school-record time of 16:450.68 in the 5,000-meter race at the Penn Relays (April 27-29)

2021-22 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Posted an eighth-place finish at the Little Three Cross Country Championship with a time of 20:07.1 (Sept. 3)
• Recorded a career-best 6k time of 23:24.3 at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (Oct. 1) and 5k time of 20:03.1 at the Canisius Alumni Classic (Oct. 16)
• Claimed fifth place in the 1000 at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational, crossing the finish line in 3:15.20 (Jan. 28)
• Registered a first-place result in the 3000 at the RIT Invitational (Feb. 11)
• Finished seventh in the 800 and 1500 at the UB Team Invitational, recording personal-best times of 2:27.91 and 4:55.00, respectively (April 23)
• Named to MAAC Cross Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track All-Academic Teams
2020-21 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Recorded a personal-best time of 24:00.40 at the MAAC Cross Country Championships leading to a 45th place finish.
• Finished eighth in the 5000-meters at the UB Twilight Meet.
• Named to the MAAC Cross Country and Outdoor Track All-Academic Teams.
2019-20 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Ran in all six of Canisius' cross country events in 2019, recording top-times of 20:07.2 (5K) and 24:25.3 (6K)
• Competed in the 800 and 3K during the indoor track season, finishing with season-best times of 2:32.14 and 10:58.99 at the MAAC Indoor Track Championships
