2025-26 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Registered a career-best time in the 8k at the MAAC Cross Country Championships, finishing in 26:42.1 (Nov. 1).
• Posted a PR at the SPIRE Collegiate Indoor Games in the 800-meter, crossing the line in 1:59.30 (Feb. 14).
• Member of the 4x400 team that placed second at the SPIRE Collegiate Indoor Games with their time of 3:29.57.

2024-25 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Made collegiate debut in the Little Three Championships, placing 16th with a time of 16:24.6 (Sept. 6)
• Ran career-best 8k time of 27:19.7 in the 2024 National Catholic Invitational (Sept. 20)
• Ran a 4:36.20 in the mile at the SPIRE College Midwest Open (Jan. 25)

BEFORE CANISIUS
• Attended Charles W. Baker High School.
• Ran four seasons of cross country and track in high school.
