• Posted season-best 5k time in the 2024 National Catholic Invitational with a time of 22:10.5 (Sept. 20)
• Ran season-best 6k time of 26:30.3 in the Lehigh Paul Short Run (Oct. 5)
• Posted a PR in the 1000-meter race at the YSU Mid Major Invitational with a time of 3:35.89 (Feb. 1)
• Ran a PR in the 800-meter race at the 2025 MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, crossing the line in 2:36.69 (Feb. 22)
2023-24 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Made Canisius debut at the Little Three Championships, crossing the line in 22:10.5
• Ran best 6k time at the MAAC Cross Country Championships, finishing with a time of 25:31.5
• Was a part of the 4x400 team that placed tenth at the Utica Winter Opener
• Ran best 5000 time at the U of R Alumni Invitational with a time of 21:47.36
