• Ran season-best 8k time in the 2024 MAAC Championships crossing the line in 25:18.4 (Nov. 2)
• Placed sixth in the mile at the Al Campbell Invitational with a time of 4:27.55 (Jan. 17)
• Finished ninth in the mile at the YSU Mid Major Invitational, crossing the line in 4:23.98 (Feb. 1)
• Placed fourth in the 3000-meter race at the SPIRE Collegiate Indoor Games with a time of 8:43.85 (Feb. 15)
• Posted a PR in the mile at the 2025 MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, crossing the line in 4:19.82 (Feb. 22)

• Recorded an eighth-place result in the 5,000-meter race at the Geneseo Early Season Invitational, finishing with a time of 15:12.44 (April 3)
• Claimed fifth place in the 5,000-meter race at the UB Alumni Invitational, recording a time of 15:21.77 (April 22)
2021-22 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Placed seventh at the Little Three Cross Country Championship (Sept. 3)
• Posted a fifth-place finish in the 5000 at the UB Team Invitational (April 23)
• Established an indoor school record in the 60-meter dash at the MAAC Indoor Championships, crossing the finish line in 8.21 (Feb. 19)

2020-21 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Finished 50th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships.
