CAREER RESULTS
2025-26 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Ran a career-best 8k time at the MAAC Cross Country Championships, finishing in 27:11.1 (Nov. 1).
• Posted a PR in the 1,500-meter at the Cardinal Classic with his time of 4:20.10 (April 25).
• Capped off the season with a PR in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, crossing the line in 10:30.09 (May 9-10).
2024-25 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Made collegiate cross country debut in the Little Three Championships posting a career-best 5k time of 18:01.4 (Sept. 6)
• Ran a career-best 8k time in the Lehigh Paul Short Run crossing the line in 29:02.8 (Oct. 5)
• Posted a PR in the mile at the Al Campbell Invitational with a time of 4:50.05 (Jan. 17)
• Ran a PR in the 5000-meter race at the 2025 MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, crossing the line in 16:59.32 (Feb. 22)
2023-24 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Made Canisius debut in the 1500 at the UB Alumni Invitational, crossing the line in 4:38.65
