2023-24 • GRADUATE SEASON
• Placed eighth at the Little Three Championships with a time of 19:42.7
• Posted a top five finish at the Canisius Alumni Classic, crossing the line in 18:02.5
• Ran best 6k time at the NCAA D1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 22:19.5
• Placed fifth in the 5000 at the Utica Winter Opener, crossing the line in 18:33.90
• Was a part of the 4x400 team that placed fifth at the Utica Winter Opener
• Placed eighth in the 3000 at the SPIRE Midwest Invitational, finishing in 10:33.30
• Took home a pair of top 10s at the YSU Indoor Mid Major with a third-place finish in the mile and a ninth-place in the 800

2022-23 • SENIOR SEASON
• Won the Little Three Cross Country Meet, completing the course in 18:55.6 (Sept. 3)
• Took third place in the Canisius Alumni Classic, crossing the finish line in 18:26.9 (Oct. 15)
• Placed 19th at the MAAC Cross Country Championships, turning in a time of 22:30.6 (Oct. 29)
• Claimed second place in the 1,000-meter race in the Utica Winter Opener, crossing the finish line in 3:12.16 (Jan. 14)
• Finished sixth in the mile race at the SPIRE Midwest Open, turning in a time of 5:11.25 (Jan. 21)
• Guided distance medley relay to a first-place finish at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational, turning in a time of 12:24.20. Also claimed second in the 3,000-meter race, crossing the finish line in 10:27.49 (Jan. 27-28)
• Helped distance medley relay take fourth place at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, posting a time of 12:26.81 (Feb. 18-19)
• Won the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the UB Spring Opener, posting a time of 11:58.35 (April 8)
• Took fourth place in the 5,000-meter race at the UB Alumni Invitational, posting a time of 18:49.53. Also helped the 4x100 relay to a fourth-place finish, crossing the finish line in 56.70 (April 22)
• Set a school record in the 4x800 meter relay at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, posting a time of 9:20.67 (May 12-14)
2021-22 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Posted a seventh-place finish at the Canisius Alumni Classic (Oct. 16)
• Finished third in the 3000 at the Highlander Invitational, while also aiding the women’s 4x800 relay team to a first-place result (Jan. 22)
• Member of the second place DMR team at the YSU Mid-Major Invitational (Jan. 28)
• Claimed third place in the 1500 at the Geneseo Early Season Invitational with a personal-best time of 4:47.94 (April 2)
• Recorded a first-place result in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the UB Team Invitational (April 23)
• Member of the 4x800 relay team that set an indoor program record of 9:35.98 at the ECAC Indoor Championships (March 6)
• Established a program record in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the MAAC Outdoor Championships, securing a silver medal with her time of 11:08.64 (May 7)
• Named to MAAC Cross Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track All-Academic Teams
2020-21 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Finished first in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the UB Twilight Meet with a time of 12:06.95.
• Named to the MAAC Cross Country and Outdoor Track All-Academic Teams.
2019-20 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Finished as the Griffs top scorer at the Little Three Championship with a third place finish and time of 19:37.2
• Finished in the Blue and Gold's top-five in each race during the XC season, capping it off with a season-best 6K time of 22:45.8 at the MAAC Championships
• Competed in the mile on three occasions during the indoor season, crossing the line with a career-best time of 5:33.62 at the RIT Midseason Meet
• Also competed in the 800 and 3K during the indoor season, posting PR's of 2:36.22 and 11:51.76, respectively
BEFORE CANISIUS
• Ran cross country and track at Newark Valley High School for coaches Eric D'Arcy and Brian Trippany.
• Earned five varsity letters in cross country and track.
• All-state runner in both sports.
• ESPN Ithaca's Girl Cross Country Runner of the Year.
