2024-25 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Placed third in the Little Three Championships, posting a career-best 5k time of 15:52.6 (Sept. 6)
• Finished sixth in the Canisius Alumni Classic with a time of 25:18.3 (Oct. 19)
• Posted career-best 8k time in the 2024 MAAC Championships placing 19th with a time of 24:47.2 (Nov. 2)
• Placed 10th in the mile at the Al Campbell Invitational with a time of 4:28.94 (Jan. 17)
• Finished sixth in the 3000-meter race at the SPIRE College Midwest Open crossing the line in 8:35.19 (Jan. 25)
• Posted a PR and placed third in the mile at the SPIRE Collegiate Indoor Games with a time of 4:20.56 (Feb. 15)
• Placed sixth and posted a PR in the 3000-meter race at the 2025 MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships crossing the line in 8:28.33 (Feb. 23)

2023-24 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Competed in first race for Canisius at the Little Three Championships, placing seventh in 15:53.2
• Ran best 8k time in the Canisius Alumni Classic, crossing the line in 24:49.1 while finishing seventh
• Placed 18th with a time of 25:44.2 at the MAAC Cross Country Championships
• Was a part of the 4x100 team that placed sixth at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships
• Placed 11th in the 1500 at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, crossing the line in 4:04.36
