2024-25 • GRADUATE SEASON
• Placed ninth and ran career-best 5k time in the Little Three Championships crossing the line in 16:09.4 (Sept. 6)
• Ran career-best 8k time in the Canisius Alumni Classic with a time of 25:51.7, placing 18th (Oct. 19)
• Posted a PR in the mile at the 2025 MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 4:28.11 (Feb. 22)
• Part of the men’s 4x800 team that placed sixth at the 2025 MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 23)
2023-24 • SENIOR SEASON
• Placed tenth in the Little Three Championships, crossing the line in 16:30.9
• Ran best 8k time at the Canisius Alumni Classic, finishing in 26:31.4
• Was a part of the 4x400 team that placed fifth at the Utica Winter Opener
• Garnered a pair of top 10s at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 4x100 and 4x400, placing sixth and eighth, respectively
2022-23 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Finished seventh in the Little Three Cross Country Meet, crossing the finish line in 16:11.9 (Sept. 3)
• Claimed first in the 1,000-meter race at the RIT February Friday Invitational. Also ran a leg of the 4x400 meter relay that placed second at the event with a time of 3:37.06 (Feb. 10)
• Helped 4x800 meter relay record a fourth-place finish at the MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, crossing the finish line in 7:53.33 (Feb. 18-19)
• Member of 4x800 meter relay team that took sixth place at IC4A/ECAC Championships with a school-record time of 7:40.16 (March 3-5)
• Ran a leg of the 4x400 meter relay that claimed third with a time of 3:40.29 (April 22)
• Placed third in the 4x800 meter relay at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships with a time of 7:45.61 (May 6-7)
• Guided 4x800 meter relay to a ninth-place finish at the IC4A/ECAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, crossing the finish line in 7:44.49 (May 12-14)
2021-22 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Member of the 4x800 relay team that set an indoor program record of 7:44.33 at the IC4A Indoor Championships (March 6)
• Established an outdoor program record with the 4x800 relay team at the IC4A Outdoor Championships, crossing the finish line in 7:39.87 (May 15)
• Named to MAAC Cross Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track All-Academic Teams
2020-21 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Did not compete during his freshman campaign on Main Street.
