2024-25 • SENIOR SEASON
• Won the Little Three Championships with a time of 18:30.2 (Sept. 6)
• Placed 16th in the Lehigh Paul Short Run crossing the line in 21:59.8 (Oct. 5)
• Ran career-best 5k time in the Canisius Alumni Classic placing second with a time of 17:54.1 (Oct. 19)
• Posted career-best 6k time of 21:06.2 in the 2024 MAAC Championships, placing 13th and earning All-MAAC honors (Nov. 2)
• Placed sixth in the mile at the Al Campbell Invitational with a time of 5:10.87 (Jan. 17)
• Took home third in the 3000-meter race at the SPIRE College Midwest Open, crossing the line in 10:01.07 (Jan. 25)
• Placed second in the mile at the SPIRE Collegiate Indoor Games with a time of 5:09.45 (Feb. 15)
• Posted a PR in the 3000-meter race at the 2025 MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships crossing the line in 10:00.66 (Feb. 23)
• Part of the women’s DMR team that took home silver at the 2025 MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 22)
2023-24 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Placed third at the Little Three Championships crossing the line in 18:54.2
• Ran career-best 5k time at the Canisius Alumni Classic, placing fifth with a time of 18:00.5
• Ran career-best 6k time at the NCAA D1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championships, crossing the line in 21:37.7
• Placed third in the 3000 at the Utica Winter Opener with a time of 10:22.51
• Was a part of the 4x400 team that placed fifth at the Utica Winter Opener
• Finished fifth in the mile at the SPIRE Midwest Invitational crossing the line in 5:09.53
• Won the mile at the YSU Indoor Mid Major with a time of 5:03.90 while placing second in the 3000, crossing the line in 10:17.15
• Was a part of the DMR team that won silver at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships
• Was a part of the DMR team that broke the school record at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 11:52.90
• Placed third in the 5000 at the Geneseo Early Season Invitational with a time of 17:36.78
• Finished second in the 1500 at the U of R Alumni Invitational, crossing the line in 4:43.37
• Placed third in the 1500 at the UB Alumni Invitational while running a career-best 2:24.04 in the 800 to finish fourth
• Finished sixth in the 1500 (4:48.45) and fourth in the 5000 (17:40.38) at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships
2022-23 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Spent the season in residence as an academic redshirt
BEFORE CANISIUS
• Ran cross country/track at Siena for the 2021-22 season
• Placed 18th at the 2021 MAAC Cross Country Championships with a 6K time of 22:11.3
• Also turned in a Top-25 time at the 18th annual CCSU Mini Meet with a 3K time of 10:16.2
• Claimed third in the 3000-meter steeplechase at the 2022 MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (11:17.60)
• Also placed 10th in the 5000-meter race (17:45.12)
• All-Western New York selection Williamsville North
• Qualified for the New York State Cross Country Championships twice
