2023-24 • SENIOR SEASON
• A part of the 4x400 team that placed fourth at the Utica Winter Opener
• Finished ninth at the SPIRE Midwest Invitational as a part of the 4x400 team
2022-23 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Took 16th place in the Little Three Cross Country Meet, crossing the finish line in 20:14.2 (Sept. 3)
• Also raced in the National Catholic Invitational, finishing the meet in 84th place with a time of 20:36.6. (Sept. 16)
• Claimed third place with a time of 1:08.03 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Geneseo Early Season Invitational (April 2-3)
• Placed second in the 400-meter hurdles at the UB Spring Opener, posting a time of 1:07.69 (April 8)
• Took second place in the 400-meter hurdles at the UB Alumni Invitational, finishing with a time of 1:09.00 (April 22)
• Established a school record in the 400-meter hurdles at the 2023 MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships, crossing the finish line in 1:06.13 (May 6-7)
2021-22 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Placed third in the 500 in her indoor collegiate debut at the Utica Winter Opener (Jan. 15)
• Recorded a fifth-place finish in the 400 at the Houghton Highlander Invitational (Jan. 22)
• Won her first collegiate event at the RIT Invitational, running the 1000 in 3:16.52 (Feb. 11)
• Member of the 4x800 relay team that set an indoor program record of 9:35.98 at the ECAC Indoor Championships (March 6)
• Posted a career-best time of 1:07.38 in the 400-meter hurdles (April 16)
• Aided the women’s 4x400 relay team to a first-place result at the UB Team Invitational (April 23)
• Named to MAAC Cross Country, Indoor Track and Outdoor Track All-Academic Teams
2020-21 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Finished 10th in the 400 at the UB Mid-Week Invite in her collegiate debut.
• Member of the seventh place 4x800 team at the MAAC Track and Field Championships.
BEFORE CANISIUS
• Ran both indoor and outdoor track at Norwich High School.
• Graduated with nine Norwich High School records to her credit.
• Set the school record for outdoor track in 400-meter hurdles, the 4x400-meter relay, the 4x800 meter relay and the DMR relay.
• Holds the school's indoor records for the 800-meter, 1K, 4x800-meter relay, 4x200-meter relay and the 4x55-meter shuttle hurdle relay.
• Three-time state qualifier in her high school career, only missed one year (2020) due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
• Also played basketball, soccer and tennis at Norwich High.
