2024-25 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Ran best 5k time of the season in the 2024 National Catholic Invitational with a time of 23:02.1 (Sept. 20)
• Posted career-best 6k time in the 2024 MAAC Championships crossing the line in 26:57.5 (Nov. 2)
• Ran a 2:41.46 in the 800-meter race at the 2025 MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships (Feb. 22)
2023-24 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Made Canisius debut at the Little Three Championships, crossing the line in 25:22.3
• Ran best 6k time at the Jasper Fall XC Invitational with a time of 29:25.1
• Placed eighth in the 500 at the Utica Winter Opener, crossing the line in 1:31.82
• Was a part of the 4x400 team that placed eighth at the Utica Winter Opener
• Ran best 600 time at the SPIRE Indoor Games with a time of 1:55.20
• Was a part of the 4x400 team that placed fifth at the U of R Alumni Invitational
• Was a part of the 4x100 team that finished ninth at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships
