• Ran a career-best 5k at the Canisius Alumni Classic, placing third with a time of 17:49.4
• Posted a career best 6k at the NCAA D1 Northeast Region Cross Country Championships, crossing the line in 21:40.5
• Placed fourth in the 3000 at the Utica Winter Opener with a time of 10:34.84
• Was a part of the 4x400 team at the Utica Winter Opener that placed fifth
• Finished fourth in the 3000 at the SPIRE Midwest Invitational, crossing the line in 10:18.76
• Ran a career-best mile while placing second at the YSU Indoor Mid Major with a time of 5:04.57
• Posted a career-best 3000 time at the Valentine Invite, crossing the line in 10:00.15
• Was a part of the DMR team that won silver at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 12:03.81
• Was a part of the DMR team that broke the school record at the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championships with a time of 11:52.90
