• Ran career-best 5k time in the Little Three Championships crossing the line in 16:29.2 (Sept. 6)
• Posted career-best 8k time of 25:30.0 in the 2024 MAAC Championships (Nov. 2)
• Posted a PR in the mile at the Al Campbell Invitational with a time of 4:30.44 (Jan. 17)
• Placed ninth and ran a PR in the 800-meter race at the Al Campbell Invitational, crossing the line in 2:06.69 (Jan. 17)
• Placed fourth and posted a PR in the 5000-meter race at the SPIRE College Midwest Open with a time of 15:01.67 (Jan. 25)
• Finished eighth and ran a PR in the 3000-meter race at the SPIRE Collegiate Indoor Games, crossing the line in 8:47.11 (Feb. 15)

2023-24 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Competed in first race for Canisius at the Little Three Championships, crossing the line in 17:03.4
• Ran best 8k time at the Canisius Alumni Classic, finishing in 26:32.0
• Was a part of the 4x400 team that placed fifth at the Utica Winter Opener
• Ran best 3000 time at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, crossing the line in 9:01.83
