2024-25 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Ran career-best 5k time in the Little Three Championships with a time of 16:49.6 (Sept. 6)
• Posted career-best 8k time of 26:51.3 in the 2024 MAAC Championships (Nov. 2)
• Placed 10th and ran a PR in the 1000-meter race at the YSU Mid Major Invitational with a time of 2:37.96 (Feb. 1)
• Posted a PR in the 3000-meter race at the YSU Mid Major Invitational crossing the line in 8:55.78 (Feb. 1)
• Ran a PR in the 800-meter race at the SPIRE Collegiate Indoor Games with a time of 1:58.79 (Feb. 15)
• Part of the men’s 4x800 team that placed sixth at the 2025 MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, crossing the line in 7:56.27 (Feb. 23)

2023-24 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Ran best 8k time at the Canisius Alumni Classic, finishing in 27:12.5
• Placed ninth in the 3000 at the Utica Winter Open, crossing the line in 8:56.43
• Was a part of the 4x400 and 4x800 teams that placed seventh and fifth, respectively at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships
• Placed second in the 3000S at the UB Alumni Invitational, finishing in 10:01.65
• Ran best 3000 steeple time at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, finishing in 9:42.31 and placing ninth

2022-23 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Finished in 18th place at the Little Three Cross Country Meet, turning in a time of 16:44.4 (Sept. 3)
• Claimed 10th place in the 1,000-meter race in the Utica Winter Opener, crossing the finish line in 2:55.78 (Jan. 14)
• Helped the 4x400 meter relay to an eighth-place result at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships, posting a time of 3:44.81 (Feb. 18-19)
• Aided the 4x100 meter relay to a fourth-place finish at the UB Spring Opener, recording a time of 48.88 (April 8)
• Finished in eighth place in the 800-meter race at the UB Alumni Invitational, posting a time of 2:06.03 (April 22)
• Helped the 4x100 (48.89) and 4x400 (3:31.52) meter relays to a pair of seventh-place finishes at the MAAC Outdoor Track & Field Championships (May 6-7)
