2024-25 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Ran best 5k of the season in the Canisius Alumni Classic with a time of 20:02.2 (Oct. 19)
• Posted career-best 6k time of 23:57.7 in the 2024 MAAC Championships (Nov. 2)
• Ran a 2:34.18 in the 800-meter race at the Al Campbell Invitational (Jan. 17)
2023-24 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Made Canisius debut at the Little Three Championships, crossing the line in 20:54.6
• Ran best 6k time at the Lehigh Paul Short Run with a time of 20:07.4
• Placed third in the 800 at the Utica Winter Opener, crossing the line in 2:32.80
• Was a part of the 4x400 team that placed fifth at the Utica Winter Opener
• Finished ninth in the 600 at the SPIRE Midwest Invitational with a time of 1:45.39
• Ran best 600 time and placed sixth at the SPIRE Indoor Games, crossing the line in 1:45.13
• Was a part of the 4x400 team that placed eighth at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships
