2023-24 • GRADUATE SEASON
• Ran best 8k time at the Canisius Alumni Classic, crossing the line in 27:37.7
• Placed sixth in the 500 at the Utica Winter Opener, finishing in 1:09.41
• Was a part of the 4x400 team that placed ninth at the Utica Winter Opener
• Finished eighth in the 600 at the SPIRE Midwest Invitational, crossing the line in 1:24.11
• Was a part of the 4x400, 4x800 and DMR teams that all placed in the top 10 at the MAAC Indoor Track and Field Championships
• Placed fourth in the 800 at the UB Alumni Invitational finishing in 1:59.07
• Recorded a trio of top 10s at the MAAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships in the 4x100, 4x400 and 4x800
BEFORE CANISIUS
• Ran four years of cross country and track at Daemen
• Served as team captain from 2020-2023
• Named to All-ECC first team for cross country in 2022
• Named to All-ECC second team for cross country in 2021
• Three-time All-ECC second team nominee for track (2021,2022,2023)
• Ran at Barker High School
