2012 • FRESHMAN YEAR
• Ran in all six races.
• Finished third at the Little Three Championship, while setting a 5k career-best at 16:21 (Aug. 31).
• Set an 8k career best at the National Catholic Championship 26:01 where he finished 46th.
• Placed third at the Fr. Laurence O’Neil Invitational (Oct. 13).
• Set a 10k career-best at the NCAA Northeast Regional with a time of 32:30 (Nov. 9).
BEFORE CANISIUS
• Competed at Honeoye Falls-Lima for coach Bernie Gardner.
• Team captured 2009 New York State Championship.
• Received All-Greater Rochester first-team honors, as team finished second in 2011.
• Named All-Section V in 2010 and 2011.
• Earned All-County honors in 2009, 2010, and 2011.
• As a senior, received All-State first-team honors in cross country.
• Three-time Section V champion in 1600-meter (twice) and cross country.
• Finished 38th overall at the 2010 Nike Nationals with a time of 15:55
