2024-25 • JUNIOR SEASON
• Ran career-best 5k time in the Little Three Championships with a time of 19:04.1 (Sept. 6)
• Posted career-best 8k time of 28:40.8 in the 2024 MAAC Championships (Nov. 2)
• Posted a PR in the mile at the SPIRE College Midwest Open with a time of 4:50.83 (Jan. 25)
• Ran a PR in the 800-meter race at the SPIRE Collegiate Indoor Games, crossing the line in 2:05.15 (Feb. 15)
• Was part of the men’s 4x400 team that placed 10th at the 2025 MAAC Indoor Track & Field Championships, running a 3:38.37 (Feb. 23)
2023-24 • SOPHOMORE SEASON
• Was a part of the 4x400 team that placed ninth at the Utica Winter Opener
• Ran best 800 time at the YSU Indoor Mid Major, crossing the line in 2:09.26
• Was a part of the 4x400 team that placed 12th at the U of R Alumni Invitational
2022-23 • FRESHMAN SEASON
• Ran in four cross country meets, competing in the Little Three Cross Country Meet, the Lehigh Paul Short Run, the Canisius Alumni Classic and MAAC Cross Country Championships
• Helped the 4x400 meter relay record a fourth-place finish at the UB Spring Opener, crossing the finish line 3:46.81 (April 8)
BEFORE CANISIUS
• Four-year letterwinner in cross country and track at East Amherst
• 2022 state qualifier in both indoor and outdoor track
• Class A team championship winner in 2022
• Team captain for both cross country and track team
