Shaul enters her second season as an assistant coach for the Canisius College cross country/track and field teams, after spending the last three three years as the head cross country/track and field coach at Hathaway Brown School in Shaker Heights, Ohio.Â
Shaul attended the College of Wooster, in Wooster, Ohio, where she ran cross country and track and field, studying communication and psychology.
Throughout her career, Shaul specialized in distance events with a special focus on 5K and 10K events. During her time at Wooster, Shaul earned All-Conference honors in cross country, as well as the distance medley relay and 10K in track. During her senior year at Wooster, Shaul was the All-Ohio 10K Champion.
After graduating from Wooster, Shaul spent a year in Boston, where she ran for Greater Boston Track Club before moving to Shaker Heights. While in Ohio, Shaul pursued a her Master's and graduated from John Carroll University with a degree in communication management in December of 2015.
